• Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap supporting marketing, business development, communications, and client engagement priorities • Evaluate marketing technology needs and recommend solutions improving efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and reporting • Translate business needs into technology priorities, requirements, and implementation plans • Monitor legal marketing technology developments and recommend modernization opportunities • Serve as primary business owner for CRM, email marketing, website/content management, experience management, analytics, and related platforms • Oversee platform administration, configuration, data hygiene, user access, issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, and vendor coordination • Manage system upgrades, testing, launches, and adoption plans with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Lead CRM strategy, adoption, data governance, reporting, and process improvement • Develop dashboards, reports, and data tools for campaigns, engagement, experience data, contact quality, and business development activity • Improve data capture and integrity across systems • Use platform insights to improve targeting, segmentation, follow-up, measurement, and marketing effectiveness • Lead marketing technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation, training, rollout, documentation, and optimization • Improve project management and workflow tool intake, prioritization, visibility, and accountability • Support integrations, data flows, access controls, and governance • Create process documentation, training resources, system guides, and adoption plans • Manage vendors, service levels, budgets, renewals, implementation timelines, and issue escalation • Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day direction to marketing technology support team members • Promote a service-oriented, solutions-focused technology support approach
• Bachelor's degree required • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, digital marketing, or related roles • Relevant coursework or certifications in marketing, technology, business, data, or communications a plus • Strong working knowledge of CRM, email marketing, website/content management, experience management, analytics, project management, and related marketing technology platforms • Experience improving CRM adoption, data quality, reporting, segmentation, mailing lists, and marketing workflows • Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements, practical workflows, and clear implementation plans • Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including attorneys, marketing colleagues, IT, finance, and outside vendors • Strong communication, training, documentation, and presentation skills • Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information • Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
