📋 Description

• Design and build custom solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate • Develop responsive forms and workflows to streamline business processes • Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, and Azure Cognitive Services • Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint applications with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, SQL, and Dataverse • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Apply Microsoft 365 governance, DLP, environment strategy, permission management, and content retention practices • Partner with attorneys, legal teams, and administrative departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Mentor junior developers and citizen developers and provide training • Manage SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, integrations, troubleshooting, and updates • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, manage multiple priorities, lead technical initiatives, and improve development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform solutions • Deep experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Subscription Edition, including site configuration, farm administration, and SPFx development • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI • Strong skills in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, SQL Server, and Dataverse • Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Proficiency in PowerShell, including PnP modules, Power Fx, and GitHub • Strong troubleshooting and complex technical problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
