📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for provider customers • Own timelines, scope, risk management, and successful go-live across health system environments • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, clinical requirements, organizational constraints, and strategic goals • Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs across provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models • Coordinate deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams • Identify and resolve deployment risks and unblock complex healthcare operational challenges • Design and standardize deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models • Advise customers during rollout and adoption • Support change management and train clinical and operational teams • Establish customer relationships, complete deployments, document playbooks, and identify systemic improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers • Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders • Excellent communication skills translating between business and technical audiences • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams • Required BA/BS degree • Direct experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent provider organizations preferred • Familiarity with EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, and regulatory requirements preferred • Experience designing and scaling repeatable deployment processes preferred • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, and clinical governance preferred • Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools in healthcare preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States
