📋 Description

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-facing software tools • Automate retail merchandising decisions across pricing, assortment, and omnichannel experiences • Focus on the BlackLocus data orchestration platform and external-facing data-related solutions • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product leaders, product teams, and business analysts • Participate in agile processes and organizational best-practice improvement conversations • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Build tools that simplify business actions from large datasets • Report to a Software Engineer Manager or Senior Manager • No direct reports • No travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 1 year of work experience • Experience with a general-purpose programming language, preferably Python • Experience with SQL, preferably MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or BigQuery • Exposure to source code version control • Exposure to NoSQL database technology • Exposure to cloud computing techniques • Exposure to CI/CD tools • Exposure to microservice-based architecture
