📋 Description

• Sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers • Travel to customer homes and trade shows for outside sales visits • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations • Develop and negotiate customized price quotes • Present warranty information and financing options • Complete sales contracts and sales-related paperwork • Take measurements using industry-standard methods to meet installation specifications • Proactively solicit and acquire new customers inside assigned THD stores and at industry events • Travel to assigned stores and maintain relationships with store management and associates • Educate store associates on HDIS offerings and increase awareness of HDIS programs • Prospect for new customers and seek referrals • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn HDIS product offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience preferred • Prior home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior successful lead generation experience preferred • Computer and application skills, including email, iPad, and apps • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 5% of the time
