📋 Description

• Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor a product to adapt to our customers and associates needs. • Collaborate with other team members in agile processes. • Create new and better ways for the organization to be successful. • Deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. • Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools. • Experience contributing to or consuming shared prompt libraries, AI workflow assets, or reusable AI-enabled development patterns. • Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication. • Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests. • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques. • Experience with version control systems.
