📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems and orchestration layers for autonomous business planning, content generation, and execution • Drive prioritized enterprise AI use cases from prototypes into stable, high-throughput production solutions • Integrate model governance, observability, data protection, and ethical AI validation into the model lifecycle • Connect autonomous AI agents and subagents with enterprise databases and MarTech platforms to eliminate manual process friction • Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, semantic caching, and vector database structures • Develop automated functional, regression, and destructive stress testing for non-deterministic AI outputs and multi-agent systems • Partner with internal TechOps to build self-healing automation loops for incident detection and automated triage • Collaborate in agile processes and with Product Teams to make user stories valuable, developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions • Provide guidance on modern software development frameworks and participate in architectural design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, emphasizing distributed systems, AI/ML application architecture, or intelligent workflow automation • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go • Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems or using agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding techniques • Experience with AI observability and evaluation systems, including model drift, latency, costs, hallucination rates, and agent-to-agent performance • Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-native AI infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or Azure • Familiarity with enterprise data streaming, API management, and integration layers connecting AI agents to CDPs, CRMs, and content management systems • Understanding of enterprise software design patterns, microservices architecture, and Git • Exposure to security frameworks, ethical AI guidelines, data governance, privacy protection, and regulatory model compliance • Proven track record of translating complex, ambiguous business requirements into technical architectures • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading architectural design reviews across cross-functional technology teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a job-related field
