📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions focused on Receivables, Cash Applications, Bank Accounting, and integration with the Customer portal • Drive end-to-end solution delivery for Electronic Bank Statement processing, cash reconciliation, payment processing, customer account management, and Treasury Investment and Risk Management • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable SAP solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and financial visibility • Collaborate across Finance, Sales and Order Management, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and business continuity • Provide production support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance system stability and performance • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion innovative approaches that simplify operations and improve user experience • Develop proof-of-concepts and solution prototypes to validate business requirements and accelerate decision-making • Mentor team members by sharing SAP best practices, design standards, and functional expertise • Influence enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities • Report typically to a Software Engineer Manager or Senior Manager • Serve as an individual contributor with 0 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5 plus years of deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Bank Accounting, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Bank Reconciliation, Integration experience with Customer Portal, and Treasury Investments • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processing from invoice posting through payment reconciliation and cash application • Experience integrating SAP Finance with Sales & Order Management processes • Proven ability to design scalable, business-focused SAP solutions in large enterprise environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience supporting both SAP implementations and ongoing production operations • Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations preferred • Experience with SAP S/4HANA 1909 or higher preferred • Knowledge of SAP best practices for finance transformation and automation preferred • Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments with cross-functional teams preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead functional solution discussions and influence technical direction preferred • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field related to the job • Minimum 3 years of work experience • No certifications required
