📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain the Marketing website using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.css, focusing on performance and scalability • Partner with design to implement polished, pixel-perfect UI components • Integrate third-party services including analytics, CMS, Marketo Forms, and A/B testing tools • Establish and maintain reliable, fast staging and production deployments • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign and product goals into technical solutions • Drive Core Web Vitals scores, SEO best practices, and web accessibility across all pages • Govern and continuously optimize development and operations workflows, including branching strategies, release processes, and incident response time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering) • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering; internship experience does not apply • At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies • Demonstrated understanding of React and Next JS, including App Router, server components, and SSG/SSR strategies • Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and responsive/accessible components • Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms and third-party APIs • Experience working directly with Marketing and design stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows • 3+ years of experience with Contentful CMS • Experience with design systems, Figma, and ShadCn UI • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
