📋 Description

• Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent systems • Automate complex data analysis, anomaly detection, and decision-support workflows • Champion generative AI tools and agentic coding assistants to streamline software development, automate testing, and accelerate CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and engineers to translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and test suites within an Agile framework • Author technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications • Build CI/CD deployment pipelines and integrate automated security and quality scanning • Implement modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) and automated credential rotation • Participate in problem management, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to ensure high availability of analytical systems • Manage the full lifecycle of analytical solutions from design and development through deployment, maintenance, and AI-driven optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field • 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering • 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) • 3+ years of experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot) • 2+ years of experience with Python and/or Java • Exposure to or hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) or open-source models into software applications • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field • Preferred experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and multi-agent development platforms (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) • Preferred familiarity with vector databases (e.g., PGVector, Chroma, Pinecone, Milvus) and embedding techniques for semantic search and RAG • Preferred deep understanding of eXtreme Programming (XP), Clean Code principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Pair/Mob programming • Preferred experience developing and deploying to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) using CI/CD tools (Tekton, Terraform, Jenkins, Cloud Build) • Preferred experience working with Agile tools (Jira, Rally) in a fast-paced, collaborative, continuous-delivery environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not provided
