📋 Description

• Rapidly prototype solutions using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic coding environments • Help define and refine business requirements through prototyping • Interact directly with clients and users to understand problems and design solutions alongside the Tech Lead • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross-functional team members • Test deliverables for requirements compliance, user experience, and performance • Create documentation supporting features and tests • Align with the Tech Lead on architecture decisions, priorities, and technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping real software used by real people in production environments • Proficiency with modern web technologies for frontend and backend • Proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres • Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications for features • Demonstrated prompt engineering skills and experience working effectively with LLMs • Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and concisely • Ability to drive alignment in group settings even when opinions diverge • Comfortable working as a generalist and wearing multiple hats • Excitement about using cutting-edge AI tools to improve quality and efficiency • Willingness to work and collaborate remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities • Interest in growing into a Tech Lead position
