📋 Description

• Head up technical teams and workstreams while designing, developing, testing, and installing complex database applications software with server, client, and web components • Oversee relationships between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements result in flexible, reusable system components • Write highly complex design, coding, and testing documentation • Serve as a subject matter expert in development, domain, application design, and database methodologies and best practices • Provide clients with technical consulting on highly complex projects • Refine existing applications and design new application modules and components • Mentor and guide less experienced application designers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Application Development experience using C, Unix/Linux, and Oracle/SQL Server • 2+ years of Medicaid Claims and EDI Processing Systems experience • Experience with the Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Implementation • Knowledge of System Integration, OSB, and MFT preferred • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
