📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers building and designing customer- and associate-focused products • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Assist with product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring • Contribute reusable foundational code elements, architectural diagrams, and product-related documentation • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software • Develop functional, destructive, and other test suites to enable rapid production deployment • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Collaborate with team members in agile processes • Field questions from product and engineering teams • Guide junior engineers on modern software development frameworks and lead technical discussions • Identify team gaps and suggest changes to improve productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field related to the job • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Extensive experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks • Experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java • Experience with relational or NoSQL database technology • Experience with cloud computing techniques • Experience with CI/CD tools and modern software design patterns • Experience in data modeling with relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication • Experience creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques • Experience with version control systems • Experience designing systems for high availability, disaster recovery, performance, efficiency, and security • Exposure to developing technical roadmaps, including work estimation, refactoring, and modernizing legacy systems
