📋 Description

• Support and coach AOS Leaders to drive unit-wide AOS rollout, establish implementation roadmaps, and coordinate transitions • Collaborate with AOS Leaders and Heads of Unit to achieve operational, financial, and strategic targets • Support AOS Agile Action Plans for unit performance improvement • Facilitate training courses and Kaizen Improvement Events • Qualify and coach AOS Key Enablers on AOS methods and Lean Six Sigma mindset • Develop and improve AOS methods in ISC, R&D, or Commercial focus areas • Act as an AOS thought leader for cultural change • Lead strategic and tactical change projects through planning, execution, and delivery • Apply Lean business systems such as DBS, HOS, and the Toyota Production System • Conduct process and management consulting to optimize business workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders in the local language and English • Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence initiatives covering demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization • Deploy strategies with site leadership, including A3 initiatives, Tier accountability processes, and GEMBA walks • Oversee digitalization, data analytics, and process optimization initiatives across supply chains • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and implement innovative practices • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and reinforce corrective actions • Ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including more than 4 years of leadership experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Business Systems, Consultancy, or Operational Excellence • At least 4 years of relevant leadership experience in Lean manufacturing, Lean supply chain, or strategic change projects • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for business needs • Master Practitioner competency in fundamental Lean tools • Hands-on experience organizing and conducting Kaizen events and improvement workshops, coaching, and supporting change initiatives • Strong Lean manufacturing expertise with a proven implementation and change-management track record • Demonstrated people leadership experience guiding, coaching, and mentoring direct and/or indirect reports • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach • Ability to inspire change and influence without authority • Results and quality orientation • Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management best practices, emerging trends, and technologies • Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or able to obtain export approval • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is listed under "WE VALUE" (preferred MBA is not required)
