📋 Description

• Review business processes, procedures, and workflows • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business and program information • Assist with data quality reviews and reconciliation activities • Develop and update procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials • Analyze information from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems • Track project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries • Work with analysts, GIS staff, technical teams, and client stakeholders • Support business analysis, data management, reporting, and process improvement activities • Assist project teams with reviewing existing processes, analyzing information, preparing documentation, and identifying practical operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a related field • Experience in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a related role • Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and business information • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prepare clear reports and business documentation • Ability to meet applicable client access requirements • Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs preferred • Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications preferred • Experience with process improvement or data quality activities preferred • Experience preparing management reports, metrics, or presentations preferred • Experience working with government or large enterprise customers preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to type and read from a computer screen • Sufficient mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling • Ability to walk moderate to long distances when required • Possible lifting up to 25 lbs
