📋 Description

• Support planning and execution for offsites, annual organizational summits, and quarterly in-person town halls • Coordinate and manage venues, catering, travel, AV, and swag vendors • Own registration, RSVPs, and check-in for internal events • Create event invites, reminders, and recaps with internal communications • Build and refine repeatable playbooks for in-person programs • Identify workflow automation and process improvements • Provide actionable feedback to Product teams as power users of Engine’s platform • Travel on-site as needed to support setup, run-of-show, and real-time problem-solving • Own internal swag programs for new hires, milestones, and special events • Manage the online swag store vendor and fulfillment logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, administrative support, or related field • Experience managing vendors, venues, and event budgets • Strong written communication skills; comfortable owning comms tied to events • Proficiency with event registration/RSVP tools and project management tools • Hands-on experience managing online swag stores and/or corporate merchandise programs • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and an eye for design • Willingness to travel to support on-site events, as needed • Willingness to travel on-site 2–3 times per quarter
