📋 Description

• Define technical patterns for deeply configuring and extending HubSpot across custom workspaces, no-code/low-code surfaces, and AI-powered personalization • Serve as the technical anchor for a new product problem space • Stay current with AI and coding-agent developments, prototype rapidly, and convert ideas into production-grade features • Ship production code at least 75% of the time • Lead architectural vision through hands-on software delivery • Influence approximately 120+ engineers across multiple groups and collaborate with Product and UX partners • Communicate trade-offs clearly and build organizational alignment • Mentor engineers and raise standards for full-stack product thinking and AI-enabled development • Incorporate CRM customer needs into technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack product engineering depth across backend systems and product-facing layers • Experience delivering AI-powered product features to production with real user impact • Product-first mindset and experience building products used daily • Experience in a product-led SaaS company operating at scale • Experience with configurability, extensibility, no-code/low-code tooling, and AI capability is ideal • Ability to ship production code at least 75% of the time • Ability to prototype rapidly and turn early-stage ideas into production-grade features • Ability to communicate trade-offs and build alignment across large, cross-functional organizations • Experience with architectural leadership for CRM configurability and extensibility • Experience with backend systems and product-facing layers
