📋 Description

• Analyze and forecast financial data for strategic and operational decisions • Establish metrics and provide data analyses supporting business intelligence • Maintain the provider revenue and expense projection model and associated tools • Integrate value-based provider impacts into financial and bid forecasts • Manage tools associated with value-based provider impacts • Provide guidance on effective risk modeling practices • Develop and execute processes and controls around data flow to ensure data integrity • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and issues • Troubleshoot problems and conduct root cause analysis • Develop cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Make decisions regarding work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations • Report to the Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and oral forms • Strong technical skills and experience with SQL, VBA, and Excel • Experience with Medicare • Willingness to learn continuous tools and methodologies • Ability to accommodate work hours according to Eastern Time Zone • Internet service with at least 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
