📋 Description

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decisions • Establish metrics and provide data analyses to support business intelligence • Evaluate industry, economic, financial, operational, and market trends to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive position • Report to the Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting • Oversee, develop, and communicate complex models and analytics supporting primary care organization reserve development • Ensure data integrity through effective controls and processes • Partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges • Oversee and perform root cause analysis of trend and restatement drivers • Develop cost-effective solutions to complex operational and technical problems • Lead a team of specialized actuarial and analytics professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, extensive work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations • MAAA • Demonstrated leadership capability • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and oral forms • Experience in more than three functions, such as modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending • Experience with more than one product
