📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop Data Center Network Engineers and Deployment Engineers • Establish technical roadmaps, engineering standards, deployment methodologies, and automation strategies • Build a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement • Own engineering execution for major infrastructure initiatives from design through deployment, production acceptance, and operational handoff • Lead engineering and deployment efforts for modern data center network architectures using Cisco and Arista technologies • Enable AI-ready networking platforms supporting NVIDIA GPU and high-performance computing environments • Establish Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment practices using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, and related technologies • Lead data center migrations, consolidations, merger and acquisition integrations, and subsidiary onboarding activities • Drive adoption of orchestration, automation, observability, and telemetry platforms across the data center environment • Partner with Cloud Engineering, Security Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, and Architecture teams • Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for network, security, visibility, and management platform deployments • Manage cross-functional programs involving engineering, deployment, operations, security, architecture, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of data center network engineering experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Experience leading engineering and deployment or implementation teams • Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing technical organizations • Extensive experience with Arista EOS and Cisco Nexus platforms • Experience with VXLAN/EVPN architectures • Experience with spine-leaf networking • Experience with BGP routing • Experience with Data Center Interconnect (DCI) • Experience with Cisco-to-Arista migration programs • Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, and similar automation frameworks • Experience building and managing Azure DevOps deployment pipelines • Experience with CI/CD practices • Experience with data center orchestration, automation, management, and observability platforms, including NDFC, Arista CloudVision, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, Aruba Orchestrator, Gigamon visibility platforms, Arista DANZ Monitoring Fabric, or similar solutions • Experience leveraging platforms for fabric provisioning, network automation, telemetry, observability, configuration management, operational consistency, and deployment lifecycle management • Experience leading large-scale data center migration, integration, and transformation initiatives • Experience leading organizational transformation, technology modernization, merger and acquisition integration, or large-scale infrastructure transitions • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills • Preferred: experience with NVIDIA AI networking, GPU clusters, RoCE-based architectures, AI fabrics, or high-performance computing environments • Preferred: experience with Equinix and Megaport connectivity solutions • Preferred: familiarity with Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet platforms • Preferred: familiarity with Aruba, Cisco, and Fortinet SD-WAN technologies • Preferred: experience with Agile, Scrum, PMI, PMO, or similar methodologies • Industry certifications such as CCIE Data Center, Arista ACE, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, NVIDIA Networking certifications, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent credentials are preferred • Home internet service must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week
