📋 Description

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation in the pharmacy network • Review enrollment applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy • Assist pharmacies and pharmacy corporate headquarters with enrollment-related inquiries and participation requirements • Process pharmacy additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes according to established procedures • Research and resolve routine enrollment, participation, and provider data issues • Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely completion of required processing steps • Support pharmacy outreach efforts related to enrollment updates, network participation requirements, and operational communications • Generate and analyze reports related to pharmacy enrollment, participation status, and network data quality • Identify data discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance enrollment accuracy, turnaround times, and pharmacy satisfaction • Follow established policies and procedures while developing knowledge of pharmacy network operations and enrollment processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, pharmacy operations, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of work and experience • Experience supporting customers, providers, pharmacies, or business partners in a professional environment • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, or provider enrollment processes • Basic understanding of healthcare or pharmacy terminology • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies
