📋 Description

• Strategically implement Government programs and contracts, including TRICARE and Veterans programs • Lead a portfolio of transformational initiatives • Report to the VP of Strategy • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including the Military Leadership Team, beneficiaries, and market leadership • Manage transition in and out of contracts and change orders • Partner with Executive Program Leads to advance high-priority efforts across contracts • Lead large-scale healthcare client implementations • Oversee program delivery involving claims, call and clinical operations • Manage performance and financial tracking • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Must successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance (NBIS – National Background Investigation Service) • Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • Bachelor's degree • 15 years of leadership experience in health plan management • 5 years of experience with Government as a client and government contracting reporting requirements (Federal or State) • Experience with IT project implementations • Experience leading large-scale healthcare client implementations • Experience in claims, call and clinical operations • Experience with performance management and financial tracking • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
