📋 Description

• Lead successful execution and delivery of the Indiana LTSS Program • Align programs and projects with business strategy, operational goals, and leadership priorities • Translate strategic goals into roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans • Monitor program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization • Guide accountability across teams and ensure commitments are met • Provide leadership and oversight to project managers and LTSS program deliverables • Establish project management standards, tools, templates, and reporting practices • Ensure projects have clear charters, business cases, timelines, owners, milestones, and success measures • Review project plans and status updates to identify risks, delays, resource constraints, and scope issues • Support project prioritization and sequencing across the portfolio • Maintain IN LTSS governance structures, steering committees, executive updates, and decision forums • Facilitate progress reviews, remove barriers, and support timely decisions • Create portfolio visibility through dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting • Ensure priority programs follow approval, escalation, and change management processes • Evaluate tradeoffs involving priority, capacity, investment, and risk • Liaise between executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and operational partners • Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes • Prepare executive-level presentations and updates • Manage expectations regarding timelines, dependencies, impacts, and required decisions • Identify and manage issues and dependencies across projects • Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks or decisions • Partner with functional leaders on resource needs and capacity constraints • Support workforce planning and engage subject matter experts • Identify skill, staffing, and tool gaps affecting delivery • Improve program delivery methods, project management, and operational execution • Standardize planning, tracking, reporting, and lessons-learned processes • Support change management and adoption of new tools and ways of working • Lead post-implementation reviews • Lead staff and delivery talent • Build a culture focused on ownership, transparency, collaboration, and results • Provide performance feedback, mentoring, and professional development support

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration or a related field • 8 or more years of operational, technical, and leadership experience, especially in project management • 5 or more years of experience in a health care environment/managed care • Experience in planning, execution, change management, partner agreement, and risk mitigation practices • Financial and budget awareness • Experience in data-driven decision-making • Ability to develop executive dashboards demonstrating project progress and success • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence areas without direct authority • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Must reside in Indiana or be commutable to the Indianapolis office periodically as needed • Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification a plus • Strong analytical skills • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
