📋 Description

• supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices • provides expertise through HR consulting and coaching including working with business leaders to solve significant people issues • provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, contingent labor, performance management, workforce reductions • Works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including: Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy development, compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ or more years of experience of applied HR experience in various Corporate functions • 2+ or more years of experience in employment laws and strong investigation experience • Experience with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems • Proficiency in MS Office Programs
