📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Design and implement scalable audience development and marketing automation processes and best practices • Lead platform configuration and integration efforts across systems and data sources • Advise marketing partners on database marketing capabilities, segmentation logic, and historical insights • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on campaign data acquisition, extraction, and testing • Evaluate and enhance campaign operational processes for efficiency, usability, and end-to-end performance • Oversee migration of campaigns from legacy platforms such as Unica and Adobe Campaign to Adobe Experience Platform • Ensure campaign continuity and data integrity during platform transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or 8+ years of experience in audience segmentation • 5+ years of experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, or marketing analytics • Ability to design, build, optimize, and maintain advanced audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Ability to develop and manage audience strategies using AEP segmentation, profile data modeling, and identity resolution • Ability to validate audience accuracy, troubleshoot segmentation issues, and ensure high-quality audience outputs • Proven ability to lead complex data initiatives and manage multiple priorities independently • Deep experience developing audience strategies and automation workflows using campaign platforms • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, tutorials, and instructions • Passion for improving consumer experiences through data-driven marketing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Preferred: experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms such as SFMC, Unica, and Adobe Classic • Preferred: strong project management skills • Preferred: Adobe Experience Platform certification or equivalent • Preferred: prior healthcare or regulated-industry experience • Preferred: understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
