📋 Description

• Work with user groups to solve business problems using available hardware, software, databases, and peripherals • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions • Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces into cohesive systems • Advise executives on significant technology matters and develop functional strategies • Exercise independent judgment on complex issues while working under minimal supervision • Contribute to improving consumer experiences • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field • 8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or another specialized technology field • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet connection for home or hybrid associates • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections permitted only with leadership approval • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
