📋 Description

• Support administration and maintenance of provider network data for health plans • Coordinate provider data updates • Support provider audits • Maintain contract management and credentialing systems • Help resolve provider service concerns • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Healthcare experience preferred • Provider credentialing experience preferred • Data analysis or reporting experience preferred • Claims experience preferred • Contract review, interpretation, or loading experience preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
