📋 Description

• Manage provider data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent • Manage provider audits • Manage provider service and relations • Manage credentialing and contract management systems • Execute processes for intake and management of provider perceived service failures • Prioritize requests and interpret or adapt administrative procedures, processes, and techniques • Complete administrative tasks and projects with limited guidance • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc. • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office • Proficient in Excel • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested • Provider credentialling experience preferred • Previous experience in claims preferred • Prior contract review, loading or interpretation experience preferred
