📋 Description

• Manage and maintain provider contract data and demographics for assigned provider groups for the Health Plan • Manage provider relationships through shared services supporting Provider Network Operations • Perform roster audits • Act as a customer service liaison • Resolve provider load issues • Manage assigned projects • Make decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction • Use critical thinking to solve problems independently • Complete required work using strong time management and organizational skills • Follow established guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc. • Data analytic experience • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office • Proficient in Excel • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Preferred: Experience with APEX, PMDM, PAAG or CRM • Preferred: Provider contract interpretation experience • Preferred: Previous account management or project management • Preferred: Knowledge of medical claims
