📋 Description

• Define and execute Humana's enterprise automation architecture strategy and roadmap • Create enterprise standards, reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for quality engineering and automation • Evaluate emerging automation technologies and AI-driven testing solutions • Serve as the enterprise automation subject matter expert for modern quality engineering practices • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks • Build automation solutions for cloud-native, microservices, API-first, web, mobile, and distributed application architectures • Develop reusable automation components, libraries, utilities, templates, and accelerators • Integrate automation with Azure DevOps, qTest, Tosca, Jira, and CI/CD ecosystems • Enable end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, automation assets, defects, releases, and production outcomes • Provide technical mentorship to Quality Engineers, SDETs, Automation Engineers, and development teams • Create technical documentation, playbooks, and training materials • Define and implement AI-enabled testing strategies, tools, practices, and testing agents • Evaluate Generative AI technologies and intelligent automation platforms • Integrate AI capabilities into quality engineering workflows and delivery pipelines • Implement automated quality gates, validation frameworks, and shift-left testing strategies • Develop and optimize automation execution strategies for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release readiness • Partner with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to improve test infrastructure and execution scalability • Monitor testing metrics, automation effectiveness, and quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • 10+ years of software quality engineering, automation engineering, SDET, or software engineering experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise automation frameworks • Deep expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, Cypress, Appium, and API automation frameworks • Extensive experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar • Experience implementing automation solutions for web, API, microservices, cloud-native, and distributed applications • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery practices • Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
