📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy internal products and automations that reduce manual operational effort and improve support team productivity • Build AI-enabled solutions for troubleshooting, summarization, knowledge retrieval, work note generation, and operational decision support • Develop and maintain applications and services using Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, SSIS, and related enterprise technologies • Integrate applications with enterprise AI gateways and approved model platforms • Participate in model selection, evaluation, and basic tuning • Translate operational pain points and support team needs into product features and technical solutions • Collaborate with engineers, architects, technical leads, and stakeholders in an Agile environment • Support deployment, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement of production products • Contribute to coding standards, testing practices, documentation, and operational readiness • Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and intelligent tooling • Follow enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and software development standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, application support engineering, site reliability engineering, or related technical role • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications and automation solutions using Python and SQL • Experience building, enhancing, and supporting web-based applications, APIs, automation tools, or enterprise software solutions • 1+ years of experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks such as React or Vue • Experience with data engineering, ETL, or integration technologies, including Databricks, SSIS, or comparable platforms • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, version control, and production support • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in production or operational environments with minimal supervision • Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience building AI-enabled or ML-enabled applications in an enterprise environment preferred • Exposure to model evaluation, prompt tuning, retrieval-based patterns, or model selection preferred • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data pipelines, observability, and automation frameworks preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
