📋 Description

• Thoroughly evaluate software products against business standards and functional requirements • Isolate, reproduce, and track defects • Verify software fixes • Develop test data and procedures • Ensure software products meet organizational standards and end-user requirements • Apply software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies • Make decisions regarding work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations • Report to the Director, Network Operations • Support Humana's efforts to secure and transition into a new business opportunity • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or qualifying experience • At least 3 years of technical experience • Experience developing test data and procedures for ensuring software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements • U.S. citizenship required • Approval for a government security clearance via National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) • Master's Degree preferred • One year Tricare Contract Experience preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
