📋 Description

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact and join or lead weekly check-ins • Submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback • Quality-check recruiter submittals and track activity against billable hours • Turn kickoff and intake calls into organized launches, including job ads, interview templates, and hiring plans • Keep ATS records accurate in real time and complete weekly updates on deadline • Spot risks and broken processes early and suggest a fix • Grow into owning accounts and leading a team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of account management or client services experience in staffing, RPO, or a related industry • Familiarity with an ATS and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn • Experience running multi-step projects with owners and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication • Highly organized, comfortable in multiple systems at once, and proficient in Microsoft 365 • A reliable remote setup and availability during client business hours • Nice to have: experience in RPO or agency recruiting, or exposure to the trades, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or manufacturing
