📋 Description

• Market a full range of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan eligible businesses, emphasizing client contact, origination, and analysis • Self-source SBA loan origination, emphasizing client contact, origination, and analysis • Review financial statements and supporting documents • Structure SBA loan proposals • Complete initial analysis and prepare credit packages • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organization policies • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the bank's markets in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, with the ability to source business nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience • A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience • Business or Finance degree preferred • SBA loan originating experience • Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • PC and internet proficiency • Must reside in Texas, Arkansas, or Louisiana
