📋 Description

• Build features as a full-stack engineer on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models • Work with users and sit with the business day to day to build solutions collaboratively • Maintain quality through tests and evaluations on everything that ships • Follow design direction from the Solution Architect • Identify gaps or issues in the design and flag them • Work inside a business pod while the Solution Architect owns design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years building software or AI • Python and AWS or Azure experience • Strong builder comfortable working with the business • Some RAG and agent experience preferred • Exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling preferred, including agentic coding tools and eval-driven pipelines • FDE-ready floor at day 0: Embedding L3 with AI L3 • Front-end skills preferred • Healthcare or higher education exposure preferred • AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 preferred • Healthcare seats are onshore; EDR and other seats are in India • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
