• Lead Oracle HCM Payroll support engagements • Mentor consultants • Help clients maximize the value of their Oracle HCM Cloud investment • Build long-term client relationships
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Oracle consulting, managed services, or enterprise application support experience • Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll • Experience leading managed services/support delivery and transition activities • ServiceNow experience preferred • Proven people leadership and Manager-level experience • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
