• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders • Design, configure, and support Workday solutions • Configure and optimize Workday business processes • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases • Troubleshoot system issues and support end users • Prepare and manage Excel files and EIB loads for mass data changes • Assist with data loads associated with special initiatives
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll • Strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration skills • Detailed experience with Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) • Functional experience with mass data changes/uploads • Strong Excel skills • Excellent communication skills, oral and written • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Workday training and/or certifications are desirable but not required
