📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English • Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region • Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives • Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with regional market nuances • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities • Accurately track activities and manage leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting • Consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)

🎯 Requirements

• - 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales • - Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills • - Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets • - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets • - Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools • - Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills • - Highly self-motivated and results-driven • - Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
