📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner to C-suite executives, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer • Align talent strategies with business objectives • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners • Drive strategic HR support across global business functions • Lead organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives • Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and senior leadership • Act as an executive coach and strategic advisor • Strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness • Design and implement culture evolution, employee engagement, and change management strategies • Use data and insights to drive evidence-based talent decisions • Build a sustainable bench of high-performing, engaged, and retained talent

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience • 5+ years in a senior HRBP role • 3+ years leading an HRBP team supporting senior executives • Demonstrated success driving organizational design, talent transformation, and change management in a global, fast-paced environment • Strong executive presence and ability to coach and influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders • Experience managing a team of HRBPs in a global, data-driven technology organization • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a global technology company supporting executive-level stakeholders • Master's degree or MBA preferred • Proven success leading succession planning, leadership development, and DEI programs • Experience designing talent strategies for commercial growth and low-cost region talent sourcing • Strong business acumen and ability to move from vision to execution • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Workday experience
