📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing & Communications leaders at the Senior Director and VP levels • Shape how leaders build, develop, and retain their teams • Drive proactive organizational design, leadership coaching, and scalable people practices • Surface talent trends and retention risks • Develop a cohesive talent strategy covering attraction, engagement, and development of diverse, high-caliber talent • Own communication strategies and change management plans end-to-end • Bring business context to People Team Centers of Excellence planning and ensure programs have impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company • 7+ years of overall HR or related experience • Ability to independently lead performance management, organizational design, calibration, engagement, and leadership development • Experience coaching and influencing Director and VP+ level leaders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to craft narratives, build change management plans, and influence across organizational levels • Analytical mindset using data and financial metrics for actionable insights and strategic planning • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to company-wide priorities • Working knowledge of employment law and its application in people operations • BA/BS degree in a relevant field
