📋 Description

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI capabilities with end users and stakeholders • Design, develop, test, and maintain AI applications and services using low-code Microsoft tools • Integrate AI functionality into university systems using the Microsoft technical stack • Design and implement multi-agent architecture elements in the Microsoft ecosystem • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in custom and third-party applications • Monitor system health and analyze logs and metrics • Implement fixes as needed • Maintain secure access patterns, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls for AI applications using Azure • Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI solutions for university faculty, students, and staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position • Preferred: Education, training, or certification in artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning • Preferred: Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot technologies • Preferred: Experience integrating Copilot Studio agents with backend services using Power Automate, Azure Functions, APIs, and custom connectors • Preferred: Experience creating and administering Microsoft Foundry endpoints with Entra security • Preferred: Experience configuring and maintaining Power Platform pipelines • Preferred: Experience designing API gateways and authentication mechanisms using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault • Desired: Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce using custom connectors and OAuth workflows • Desired: Experience implementing telemetry, monitoring, and security controls across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure, and Power Platform • Desired: Experience implementing rate limiting via Azure Front Door or API Management • Desired: Experience with Microsoft Azure development tools, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI agents
