• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles, showcasing your dedication to outbound sales efforts • Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting compelling messages • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of finding solutions to complex challenges • Eager to excel within a sales organization, with a hunger for growth and development • Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to the demands of a virtual team environment • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection • Preferred but Not Essential: Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry is a plus, though not a requirement. • Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software is beneficial.
