📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, integrations, and best practices • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements • Identify and solve potential solution challenges • Support delivery and provide technical oversight to ensure accurate implementation • Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes • Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications • Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms • Conduct performance analysis and optimize ServiceNow and integrated solutions • Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet standards • Work with project managers to maintain project scope and timelines • Communicate project status to practice leadership and clients • Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status • Design security plans and ensure compliance with security best practices • Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and other technical documentation • Contribute to the knowledge base and lead knowledge-sharing sessions • Stay current on ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Mentor and coach ServiceNow talent and tailor individual growth plans • Foster relationships among ICF, ServiceNow, and clients • Develop client roadmaps to identify opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow license sales • Present proposed solutions to potential clients • Collaborate with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions • Experience implementing at least two of: HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management • Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. • Preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification • Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies • Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages • Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations • Expertise in system architecture and design principles, including scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
