📋 Description

• Take detailed notes during internal and client-facing meetings and distribute timely summaries and action items • Assist in drafting and designing pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other client-facing materials • Develop and update website, social media, success-story, and capability-statement content • Research government and private-sector targets, funding opportunities, and procurement forecasts • Monitor competitors’ activities, market positioning, and program performance • Maintain CRM entries, track leads, and update pursuit-status reports • Collaborate with business development leads, proposal managers, and technical experts on messaging and strategy • Create and maintain documents and materials for presentations • Support division special projects

🎯 Requirements

• By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours in public policy, writing, government, business, or a related field • Interest in government contracting, consulting, disaster recovery, or resilience preferred • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Strong time management skills • Ability to learn new things quickly • Experience conducting research and organizing and analyzing information • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skill in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint • Commitment to making a difference through work in environment, energy, and social justice • Qualified applicants must meet applicable employment requirements
