📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple business units • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define candidate profiles, recruiting strategies, interview plans, and selection criteria • Screen, interview, and assess candidates and provide recommendations • Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, negotiations, and candidate communications • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, industry associations, and other channels • Build pipelines for critical and recurring roles and use market data to inform recruiting strategies and workforce planning • Adjust priorities and sourcing approaches as business needs, market conditions, and stakeholder expectations change • Use feedback, new approaches, data, and lessons learned to improve recruiting outcomes • Provide hiring managers with updates and guidance on talent availability, compensation expectations, and candidate engagement • Represent IDEAL Industries’ culture and values while communicating with candidates • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and monitor recruiting metrics • Follow applicable employment laws, policies, and procedures • Support employer-brand and talent-attraction initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • At least two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for professional roles • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications • Candidates located in northeastern Illinois are preferred • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology environment is preferred
