• Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments • Provide practical and innovative solutions • Assess the current performance of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations • Conduct interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes • Build relationships with clients and seek opportunities to expand their business and financial outcomes • Spearhead successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients
• 7+ years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services • 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement • Ability to travel 50% of the time
