📋 Description

• Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions • Assess the current performance of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes • Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes • Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement • Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation • Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services • 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement • Ability to travel 50% of the time
