📋 Description

• Drive pipeline growth • Lead qualification and outbound prospecting are your engines • Own your territory • Run account-based prospecting campaigns, map target accounts, and get in front of the right decision-makers • Make every touchpoint count • Phone, email, social — you'll use every channel to connect with prospects • Collaborate across teams • You'll sit at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Channel

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech • Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams — and skilled at handling objections • Value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification • Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo — you know your tools • You thrive in fast-moving environments and hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be managed
