📋 Description

• Map end-to-end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and error-prone manual steps • Design, test, and deploy SOPs and AI-assisted automated workflows • Own core operational processes, establish metrics, track efficiency gains, and improve capacity and lead times • Evaluate internal software tools, vendor contracts, and tool utilization pain points • Lead vendor RFPs, build-versus-buy evaluations, pricing analyses, SLA negotiations, and contract terms • Connect Operations with Product and Engineering to operationalize features and inform the product roadmap • Conduct quantitative analyses and draft executive memos for senior leadership decisions • Tackle emerging firefighting projects and 0-to-1 strategic initiatives • Collaborate with leaders across Physician Recruiting & Onboarding, Clinical & Provider Services, Product & Engineering, and Commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments, including top-tier management consulting firms, investment banking, or Strategy & Operations / BizOps at a high-growth tech startup • Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in process or operational redesign, especially using AI tools • Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams across different functions • Proactive and self-motivated problem solver comfortable with responsibility and ambiguity • Strong quantitative and verbal skills with close attention to detail and low tolerance for failure • Excellent communication skills, including explaining processes, logic, and decisions • Willingness to support varied business needs • Healthcare experience ideally, though not explicitly required
