📋 Description

• Provide oversight and support for operations, business planning, and execution • Support strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio management • Strengthen operational systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness • Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational insights for leadership decisions • Identify operational risks and opportunities and champion continuous improvement and innovation • Support adoption of automation, AI-enabled solutions, and other emerging technologies • Work with management to execute day-to-day operations, annual operating plans, and special initiatives • Serve as liaison among World Vision U.S. groups, staff, field offices, regional offices, and the wider World Vision partnership • Lead and coordinate assigned projects and collaborate across departments and divisions • Ensure policies, procedures, internal controls, security features, and safeguarding considerations meet organizational and regulatory requirements • Produce management reports using scorecard metrics, portfolio dashboards, sponsorship dashboards, and operational performance indicators • Analyze research and demographic data; provide projections, cost/benefit analysis, and quantitative and qualitative analysis • Monitor performance against annual budgets, plans, systems, goals, and strategic priorities • Train and coach employees and backstop team members as needed • Participate in organizational spiritual disciplines and uphold World Vision Core Values • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent eight years of work experience • Four years of work experience requiring leadership, communication, negotiation, and administration skills • Discretion and confidentiality required • Project Management experience preferred • Data Analysis experience preferred • Experience with systems such as Salesforce and Power BI preferred • Emerging Technologies (AI) experience preferred • Change Management experience preferred • International Development experience and international/intercultural sensitivities preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer
